To get 60+ fps on ultra with BF4 an R9 270X/280 is a minimum, with the build one
Instead of a cheap and old chipset like the 760G,
go with this :

Prefer 2 x 4 GB of Crucial Ballistix
A Zalman Z3+ for the case
And an XFX 550W PSU
And if you can, get a CPU cooler, moke the Raijintek Themis
