Cpu overclock temps to high?

I have a I5 2500k overclocked to 4.5ghz Tested to be stable. But when running Prime95 or Intel burn test my temperatures hover around 72 degrees meanwhile in games the max I see is like 53 that's in battlefield 4 on ultra. Should I dial back my overclock because of how hot prime95 and IBT makes it or keep it the same because I don't see nearly that in real world scenarios. Thanks
