Hello.

I'm on a £450(ish) budget and I've been stuck between a few builds. A lot of different people have stated that an i3 processor is better, and others have said the FX-6300 is better. I need to make a final decision on which to go for, so I don't want any bias opinions if possible :D.

I will be playing games such as: Battlefield 4, World of Warcraft, DayZ, CS:GO, Far Cry 3 and others. I do NOT mind playing on LOW graphics as I have been for the past few years due to my awful performing laptop.

I do NOT plan on overclocking, but I DO plan on upgrading in the future. I already have a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, headset, monitor and OS so they do NOT need to be included in the build. If anymore information is needed please let me know and I'll try my best to supply it.

Thanks in advance!

I'll go with the i3. Why? Simple, most of the games you listed do not use more than 2 cores so having 6 cores will not do that much. The i3 will also give you a better upgrade path. That are my reasons, also what's the exact model of the i3 you're talking about?

Yes it should be fine, it'll run games at high settings with a decent FPS.

Is that build better than the one I listed? If so, how? Thanks for your reply :D.

EDIT: Could you get all those parts from Amazon UK? I like to order from Amazon only due to free delivery. Thanks again!

Thanks a lot. How will that build perform with Battlefield 4?
