I'm ready to go. Please give me your thoughts. ( I have a couple of questions on build)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor ($119.29 @ Amazon)

Do I save $20 and go 8320 125w? Will heat be a big issue with this build?
If I'm Diablo III, WoW kind of gamer, can I drop to FX-6300 and still play on High (but not Insanely High)

Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($60.34 @ Amazon)

Motherboards have been my nemesis in the past.

How about this one from New Egg? MSI 970A seems like a better deal, but can't find it on pricepicker

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card ($94.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Silverstone PS08B (Black) MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Newegg)

Is very inexpensive, too inexpensive?

Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $489.58

As most posters today, I'm price conscious and looking to take advantage of Black Friday.

if you're going for heavy overclock (which i recommend for budget builds) you would probably be better with the fx6300. you didnt include a cooler, so i assume you aren't. the fx8350 would be better, and as previously stated, micro is not good for overclocking.

if no overclocking, and micro is preferred, go intel:

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($54.99 @ Newegg)

You can't install an ATX mothrboard in a Micro-ATX case. Why are you limiting your options to Micro-ATX? ATX motherboards like the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P often provide better VRMs that can handle the FX-8320, an ATX case is better for cooling, etc. I wouldn't buy any of the motherboards that you selected.
