games freeze for 10 seconds - 20 seconds and then usually crash?

hi,

when i play games like smite, days, tf2, ect they sometimes randomely freeze. 2 days ago i used cc cleaner to scan and fix registry stuff (was suggested on another post i found here) it said i was missing shared dlls and couple of thinks about.net, but that helped for 2 days then same problem i already reinstalled the games and the problem gets fixed for a day and then same problem. also sometimes skype crashes when the game is frozen.

im pretty sure its not overheating problem, i suspect its ram but idk .

today i also got 0x04F bsod

last couple event viewer stuff, the ntfs errors happened after i got bsod(i can fix that with chkdsk /c /r):

I forgot to mention that the mouse doesnt freeze and if I do ctr+alt+del it opens after the game crashes. Also skype sometimes the call just dissconnects for ~3 sec and works again or some times skype just closes, I dont think its an issue with internet connection cause sometimes skype stays but game crashes.

i just reinstalled windows but that didnt help.

i bought new ram(G.skill RipJaws x series 4GB DDR3 1600) but that didnt solve the problem for long. i twas good for 2 days and then problem is back.
also, i dont think the stuff in event viewer are relevant because im not getting errors when the freeze happens.
