I am trying to find a good pc for about $600-700 that is mainly for streaming/rendering, also for gaming. I want to play league of legends, minecraft and other similar lite games with good settings, but I would prefer it be more dedicated towards rendering/streaming.

Solution
we need more information. a gtx970 is no better at 3dmax/maya rendering than an r9-270. its possible his rendering program doesn't care about clock speed and wants lots of threads so an fx 8 core could very well be the answer.

gaming wise, 970 for minecraft and LoL? those games will max out just fine low end graphics cards. im going to go out on a limb here as i dont usually recommend amd, but given a $600ish budget, this is a first guess.

I really like this one, let's say if I ever wanted to overclock the 8320 in the future, will that motherboard support it?

yes, its ready to overclock with that asus 970 chipset and the hyper 212 evo cooler.... i would imagine to at least 4.2-4.3ghz.

I was reading some posts on some forums, and many people said like the mobo would fry up or something.

they might be thinking the asus m5a97 "LE" model. but the R2.0 model is probably the most popular 970 chipset motherboard ever made. there are other 970 chipset mobos at the similar price though.

but for $15 more you can get a gigabyte 990 model which is very nice too.
