The MSI GT70 Dominator’s Cool Booster 2 technology uses a large single fan along with a thermal bridge to connect both the CPU cooling and GPU cooling systems. The system works by transferring heat from the hotter component to the cooler one in order to help accelerate cooling.
But Asus has 2 fans . For me , Asus is better but as you wish .
GTX 970M is a great mobile GPU . It is 3% faster than R9 280X .

I would suggest a Sager from xoticpc, rather then the MSI. I think the reviews and heat management are better. http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np8278-clevo-p170sma-p-6984.html?wconfigure=yes
Has everything you want and costs a little less than the MSI, allowing for cash rebate.
I would keep saving until I could afford a GTX970, it's so much better than the 860m or 870m or 880m!
