A quick question on Hyper 212X compatibility on an OEM Motherboard

Hey all,

I have a relatively old motherboard (2 years) from an Acer M3970:

Recently, I swapped the case to a Corsair 200R. Here's just a few spec's fyi:

CPU: i5-2320
GPU: Sapphire 7950 Boost
PSU: Thermaltake 650W Gold
RAM: 4 GB ADATA x2 low-profile

CPU temp's under load go as high as 67C under heavy gaming, and 70C on full-stress tests,
so I'm looking if I can replace the stock cooler with a CM Hyper 212X.

The only issue I have is that this is an OEM motherboard, not sure if the layout is different from "gaming" Motherboards.

I would appreciate any kind of help, as to how I can check if the CM Hyper212X will be able to fit this CPU (especially the clearance from the GPU and the RAM)

I know that most if not all coolers work with AMD's stock/oem socket or motherboard. I'm not sure but I would think that it should work. If you buy the Hyper 212 new, not used, then it should come with all required brackets/parts so it shouldn't matter that you have an oem board.
