I had a look on their site and it doesn't say so, however, it could just be a mistake.

Yes it supports i5 4690k

For reassurance check for yourself, go to the link that you provided. Then go to compatibility and search for 4690k.

There is no mistake i5 4690k and i7 4790k were released later and so they are lower down in the compatibility list.

Not sure, it probably shouldn't but just to be on the safe side download the latest bios and update it. In the bios

Download the bios file in a pendrive.

Get all the components, then assemble it.
Start the computer you will be able to get to the bios screen, or qflash screen, then you can update the bios there.
