I'm comparing these two:
Gskill RipjawsX 16GB Dual 1600 CL9
(F3-1600C9D-16GXM)
Tested Latency 9-9-9-24-2N
and this:
Gskill RipjawsX 16GB Dual DDR3 1866 CL9
(F3-1866C9D-16GXM)
Tested Latency 9-10-9-28-2N
The price difference is less than a can of Red Bull. Is there any reason NOT to choose the higher speed memory? CPU is an i7-4790K, board is a MSI Z97 Gaming 5. I won't be overclocking the memory.
