Hi everybody!
I am looking for a motherboard + graphic card + CPU + memory ram for gaming, recording, video editing and rendering for less than 700$, I try to keep the price as low as possible!

The motherboard most be micro ATX ( to fit my case)

The graphic card I need is a graphic card that can run all games, AAA games and latest games ( COD AW, BF hardline,Far Cry 4, etc...) in full HD (Ultra or high settings). I want to record my game play in 1080p and if possible 1080p 60fps!

The CPU I need is a CPU that can run all games, AAA games and latest games ( COD AW, BF hardline,Far Cry 4, etc...) in full HD (Ultra or high settings). I want to record my game play in 1080p and if possible 1080p 60fps!
I don't need an expensive CPU just because it can do faster rendering than other CPUs!

I need a memory ram that is enough for running all games with no lag wile recording. and again it doesn't matter how long time it does take for rendering as long as it can do the job that I want (gaming, recording , video editing and rendering in 1080p and if possible 1080p 60fps! with no lag)

All the parts most fit together and they most fit in my case!
Here is the PC I am going to upgrade:

Note: I am going to use this PC for more than 3 years!

Other questions:
Do I need a new power supply for these new parts? mine is 300W.
Do I need to instal a new windows after this upgrade?

Please help me:(
I need as many suggestions as possible!
And thanks for everyone who replies:)

Solution
I too recommend replacing the Core i5 CPU with a Core i7 since the intent is to play games and record at the same time on the same PC. You should also do a search for recording software that can take advantage of Intel's Quick Sync technology since that should help reduce the load on the CPU by using the integrated Intel HD 4600 to handle a majority of the encoding process.

If you are using an external video capture device like the portable AVerMedia C875, then the Core i5 will be fine since the device will be handling the video encoding. This means you will not suffer any performance decrease when playing games, but it is another piece of hardware to buy.

The price is ok, but what about if I add 100$ more to upgrade the i5 to i7 is it worth it?
Is it going to give me better looking videos and better quality or is it going to make the rendering faster only?

And am I going to be able to do gaming, recording, video editing and rendering in 1080p 60fps with these parts? ( with no lag wile recording)
And remember I am going to do gaming, recording, video editing and rendering in 1080p 60fps with this PC for more than 3 years!

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FsGk8d i put i7 4790k in it. The i7 is better than i5 in video editing, rendering speed and some games have better fps like battlefield 4 and crysis 3. Here's a video of the difference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbzUZ_KM5t4 . Also this build will run everything you throw it at atleast 60 fps in 1080p, unless the game is something unoptimized. Here's a video of someone with same parts as the build link i gave you playing battlefield 4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88SXhex3HqQ
EDIT: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XRck8d the video card was obviously too big, i replaced it with msi gtx 970 4g which is the same just with two fans and probably fits your case, i don't know because i can't find out how much space there is for graphics card, because its a premade computer, there was no info about it in their sites. I highly recommend to buy a pc case and put these stuff there and if you want you can take the hard drive from your current pc case and move it to the pc case you would be buying, it's all about you.

Thank you guys for the suggestions!
I am going to buy a new case too. Which means I am going to build a new PC! (maybe a new HDD too)
But do I need to buy a new windows or is it possible to transfer it? If buying what should I go with?

If there is any other people who have more suggestions for better PC parts just tell me. I will compare all the parts to get the best build!

If you choose the case in pcpartpicker it will tell if there's any compatiblity issues. The build is overall really good and should do every game at atleast 60 fps in 1080p. Good luck, hope it will look neat!
