disk management new partition not showing !!

new partition in is not high lighted in disk management in window xp , how to come out of it without formating the window !!

when i go to disk management by right click to my computer , the 4 partition running ok , but one of my 28 gb space is unallocated and its not showing new partition !

thanks ijack u , save my time , i got it , i deleted my one of my partition and its become one , thanks allot sir , can i add u on fb , if yes send me your id , once again thanks sir
