To upgrade to windows 8 on alienware 14, you must uninstall the atheros Bluetooth suite. I boot up windows 8, no wifi. No surprise here. But when I go to reinstall the driver, it says "must remove the killer 7/8 wifi driver 64 bit" and no matter how many times I try to get rid of this software, it STILL pops up. Restarts, bios flash, nothing works. The idiots at tech support couldn't help me. Could you guys tell me how to rid myself of this damn program so I can install my drivers? I tried registry deleting, control panel uninstalling, deleting folders, nothing! Please help :(

I cant think of the name- there is Microsoft program that is uninstalling software that did not get uninstalled. I used it before, I cant think of the name. It is hard to find anything on my computer. You may want to post on Microsoft forums, they will help you with the direct link. It asks what program you have problem with uninstalling and it does everything for you and cleans the registry or what ever it needs to clean.
