They all cool just fine I would skip out on the Nzxt and get either one of the other 2 you like.
Most people don't need a full tower case their more designed for using custom water cooling or 3 way SLI.
Unless your packing the case full of hardware a mid tower will usually cool better their less area inside the case that heat must be removed from.

I think will go for Phanteks Enthoo Luxe. Everything is nice there.
Don`t want miditower just because of my cpu cooler - cm nepton 140xl. Now have corsair 500r and cooler don`t go in. Decided to change chasis, future proof, planing more upgrades. Price is sweet on Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, found for 102 pounds.
