Hello,can someone tell me if is Hyper 212 EVO by CM going to fit to my Sharkoon VG4 case,which has maximum of pcu cooler height 16 cm, but cooler has height of 15,9 cm. If not can someone tell me for a better cpu cooler for a maximum of 40 dollars, thanks.

It will fit if you don't wish to cut it that close look at the T4 by coolermaster.
