The title says it all pretty much, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a suitable GPU for my small form factor optiplex 360, that would be low on power consumption (Only have a 305w PSU) and perform decently in low end games such as minecraft and older COD games. Any answer is appreciated, thanks.

Radeon 7750 will be a decent pick also for that system and it comes in a low profile form. If you don't have 4 gig of RAM in the system I suggest you upgrade to that along with the video card.

The 7750 is a faster card than the R7 240 or the 640 by a bit and is likely available at the same price.

While the CPU is not that good, and Minecraft wants a good CPU, you will still see a big improvement especialy if you go with 4 gig of RAM.

The fastest low profile gfx card available for a 300W PSU would be one of the few GTX 750 Ti:

Would an asus silent gt 210 low profile half height card be suitable?

Not for gaming. That is basically an integrated replacement.
If the GTX 750 Ti is above your budget, here are some other suitable L-P cards that are less powerful than the 750 Ti, but will do the job with reduced settings. They are roughly listed in order of performance downward.

But a lot will depend on the resolution of your display. What rez is yours?

Oh. If you are on the other side of the pond, then I guess those Newegg links won't do you much good...lol.
The HD 6670 and R7-240 (AMD) or the GT 640 (Nvidia) would be the lowest I'd suggest going if you want to see worthwhile improvement over the integrated video at 1080p. What kind of CPU will it be paired up with?

It's a budget upgrade to bring an older PC back some life really, the PC has a Pentium(R) Dual core CPU - E5200 @ 2.5GHZ
