Help! G3258 freezing for 2 seconds every time i am playing a game!

I need help, my computer is freezing in every game i play! When I play Watch Dogs on 1366x768 on HIGH it freezes constantly like in every 10 seconds it freezes for 2 seconds, in those two seconds i cant move the mouse, close the game, nothing! I've tested in COD: AW and the same happens! Watch Dogs runs around 30fps on HIGH ! I don't know if the problem is from the CPU but i guess it is, somebody knows how to fix this??

Specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 (OC to 4.2 Ghz stable) oc was made automatically by the mobo.
MOBO: ASRock Z97M Anniversary
GPU: Msi R7 250 OC 1GB DRR5
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix XT Sport 1866Mhz CL10 1.5V
PSU: Tacens Mars MP500

Automatic OC usually does stupid stuff - check your CPU temperature, the auto-OC likely over-volted the CPU like mad and making it overheat.

Stuttering is more likely a disk problem. Control panel admin tools event viewer windows logs. Check in system and look for disk or ntfs errors.

How are your GPU temps while gaming? use GPU-Z to monitor them.

Also try playing them at low settings, if the problem dissapears or becomes less frequent is because your pc is simply unable to handle them.

No, the problem it's still happening! Watch Dogs with Depth Of Field and the Ambient Occlusio disabled will perform the same as it is enabled.

I've also lowered the resolution to the minium and everything in LOW but the freezing keeps happening.

Under source, it would say. just scroll down. You will probably see some errors but we are looking for disk and ntsf.
