Would this system be good enough for gaming? (Things like bioshock infinite.)

So I plan on building a budget sub-£400 ($625 us dollars) mini-itx gaming system and I am currently choosing the components and I was wondering if these components would be good enough to play games like bioshock infinite and if this configuration would work.

If anyone has built a similar system, could I have some benchmarks?

Could you also give suggestions on how I could improve it. (Remember I'm on a budget.)
