New Graphics Card or Processor

Should I get a new Graphics card (GTX 970) or a new processor?
My PC is an Acer Predator
Intel Core I5 4440
Nvidia GTX 645
500w 80+ Gold power supply
Acer custom motherboard
8gb DDR3 ram
If I get a new graphics card I know I will need a 650w psu but would a processor or a new graphics card be better for running more demanding games such as Tomb Raider High settings, Far Cry high settings and Advanced WarFare Ultra settings. Maximum amount I can spend is £250

I think you are better off with the gtx 970. Will be a huge improvement from your current gpu. Your i5 is already a very good cpu. Any upgrade in that department won't be near as noticable. Also, niether part uses all that much power, so I would think your current 500 w 80 plus gold psu should more than suffice the gpu upgrade.

Thanks for replying man, I also agree with the graphics card. But are you sure my psu will be good enough. I have been told it might work but not to well if I keep with my current psu.
