Will High Density RAM work in a Dell t3400

well it isn't exclusive just to amd, but your system would need to support it. But looking online at your model it does not. What I would do is just get a kit of used. I would just get 4 gigs from ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/4GB-Kit-2x-2GB-DDR2-PC2-5300-667-Dual-Channel-By-MICRON-CRUCIAL-Non-ECC-/381067851351?pt=US_Memory_RAM_&hash=item58b969f657 a bit more but I know for a fact those will work. When I was going to school all of our stupid machines had those same ones and most of the computers were dells.
