COD AW can run on 25FPS at normal setting with nothing else on ( even with the shaders off) and in comparison to BF4, I can run that game on max settings without v-sync on 60FPS (most of the time) and BF4 looks much better than COD AW by far. From this info... I can infer that it is not a problem with my hardware and its just the game being poorly optimized for AMD.
