Please forgive my ignorance. As the title says, I am a novice when it comes to computers in general. I'm planning on building a low power, low price, mini itx computer.
I need to know how much power I require using a build with the following components. I hope using links to other sites isn't against the rules, but it seemed the easiest way.

In addition, I'll be using 1 HDD, one 120mm fan, and an optical drive.
I'll likely be using this computer to play some older games (Source games, Black Ops, Oblivion, etc), use it to paint in Krita, watch a bunch of YouTube videos in 720p, and learn programming with C#. I'm sure it has enough processing power to handle all this, but I need to know how much power I need, and whether or not my GPU will be bottle necked by the relatively weak CPU.
