You can do much better for gaming.

You dont need an i7 for gaming, especially an X99 system. That goes for DDR4 as well.
You dont need that large of a PSU.
You will NEVER need a titan for gaming, there are much better options.

I'll have to say no, not worth it. It looks like you simply threw a bunch of expensive parts in together and where's the ssd? I'd like to know why you chose the parts that you did. Did you put the 1000W PSU in there because you wish to SLI in the future? Who puts an enterprise HDD in a home pc? A WD black might serve you better at a lower cost. And what kind of monitor set-up are you trying to push?
