I want to get 2 ssds in raid 0 and my main focus for performance is game/level loading times, which read stat (if any in particular is more important than another) should i be looking at in benchmarks regarding loading up games/levels? also i've heard raid 0 doesn't boost certain aspects of performance but i'm not sure what in particular doesn't benefit.

The only gaming boost you'll get from switching to an SSD is when the game first loads. In-game performance (loading new scenes and levels) will not change much because games pre-load most of this data before you need it.

Never use RAID 0 unless it is for temporary storage, because if one drive fails all data on the entire RAID 0 array is lost. A single SSD will be plenty fast for your apps and games.
