AMD CCC crash with Black screen when i select / click colo option in the Panel

Fine guys jjust build new PC now the prob is Black screen /crash while using AMD CCC
It happens in such way
AMD CCC -- > video menu --- > click color --- > BAM stripped Black screen
YES i got the prob in old version so updated to new version still prob rises

previously i had random Black/ white screen while browsing i heard its hardware acceleration enable / disable issue and yet to find solution for that prob now AMD CCC crash im confused

help me to fix AMD CCC crash and tell me hw to disable hardware acceleration in AMD CCC
normal Hardware acceleration in windows 7 is greyed out

my PC config is

Motherboard : Asus M5A99 FX PRO R2.0
GPU : Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X (Tri-X) OC 3GB
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3
Monitor : Dell S2240L 21.5 inch FULL HD
Hard Drive : Seagate 1TB Sata Drive
CPU Cooler : Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU
Cabinet : Cooler Master K380 CPU Cabinet
Speakers : Creative Speaker SBS A335 2.1
PSU : Cooler Master SMPS 750W
Keyboard : Logitech MM Keyboard + Optical Mouse Kit
DVD : 24X LG DVD R/W Sata
UPS : 1 KVA Numeric UPS

not installed anything except drivers

Fine but i experienced the same prob with the old versions too like 13.9 something that came up with the GPU CD
do my GPU is faulty one ??? or its a software issue ?
how to check my GPU is working fine ?
