120mm fan.

I want a silent fan but that helps a bit like at-least 2-3C lol.

Well keeping it silent doesn't always mean sacrificing performance. 120mm for $15 you can get high-end ones. Do you prefer certain colors or LEDs? Ok that helps a lot, there's tons of 120mm to choose from, kind of depends on what you want and what you want it to do. The side panel fan will mainly cool down your GPU because your GPU is closests, one thing to take in mind is that the depth of the fan may interfear with your GPU if your case doesn't have enough room. After that I'll look for some.

Actually I think side panels won't actually work well for me because of cable management were do you recommend putting my fan? Excluding the front and the side panel, here's my case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119227

Do you have a back exhaust and top exhaust fan? If not I HIGHLY recommend you do, because no exhaust means heat will sit in your case and it will heat up your components, effecting your performance and lifespan, front panel looks good. If you want to know the noise for fans, look at reviews and DBA levels. 20 for most people is silent, 30 makes a bit of noise, and 40 is usually loud.

Well if you don't have a back exhaust then go ahead and buy a 120mm for it (If it supports 120mm, if you can go 140mm then go for that size), what -Lone- recommended looks like a great fan, especially sense it's nearly silent and has very good performance, and has all kinds of colors and looks cool to. Also if you can get top exhaust, go for that to. Heat rises, so top and back exhaust will majorly improve your temps all around and make your whole system cooler by taking out heat, and this will help your CPU and GPU take out heat very quickly, so you will see them cool down much faster and overall run cooler, and therefore quieter with more performance. Go for it, this is a great upgrade.
