I have a Intex Based Classic 450 (Model No.) Power Supply to my motherboard. I used the newegg.com PSU Calculator and Extreme PSU Calculator. I described my motherboard power connections (upgrades stated below not included) in these calculator and one gave me a result of 334W (extreme Calc) and 284W on the newegg.com. The Question is that the sticker in the power supply states that the maximum power should not exceed than 200W.

Upgrades: I need to purchase Nvidia GTX 650 2GB GDDR5 and Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 Ram. I want to know that the existing power supply compatibility. And I also want to know the details about the "Intex Classic 450 PSU" . Kindly help me as fast a possible. Thanks in Advance.

MY SYSTEM SPECS
Core i3-2120 at 3.30GHZ (LGA1155 Socket)
1x 4GB DDR3
1 DVD RW disk drive
Intel DH61WW Motherboard.
1x 1TB 7200RPM Sata HDD

Change that PSU as early as possible. Luckily your current system does not draw enough power to make that go KABOOOMM!!. But if you add a GPU in that system then it will surely go kabooom anytime soon.
Your Power requirement should be around 300W's. But get a 500W PSU.

Thanks for your kind reply... but what about the wattage of my current PSU... i have been using this pc for 3 years and i haven't encountered single problem. But when i think of upgrading my PC all those stuff that confuse me comes to my mind. The PSU calculator gives me a reading of 334W then.... is that doesn't mean that my PSU is supplying the 334W.... Please correct me if i am wrong and according to the model number the PSU has 450W... All the above stuff just confuses me a lot. Please clarify me.

Your current system only pulls around 140W at load. But if add a GPU then it will surely go above 300W and that PSU won't be able to handle that. As according to its specs it can only supply 240W for a PC.
