Do you plan to upgrade in the future? If you're not planning to add graphics cards, then 750w is overkill. 500w is enough for that GPU. Check this out : http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2124623/msi-270-power-requirements.html

Also, you don't need to buy thermal compound off the bat. You can use the default ones that the other parts come in with. You might need to get a thermal compound after a year of usage though.

You can actually live with 4GB RAM but 8GB is generally the sweet spot now.

For the CPU Cooler, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is the best fan below $50. You might want to get that instead.

You can't OC the 4570, so get rid of the cooler and paste - saves $66

Get a better quality PSU eg Antec HCG 520M (same price)

Don't get the fans or the cleaner - saves ($32)

Spend the extra $100 on a better graphics card eg R9 280 - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193_1642&products_id=27653 - $259

With the other $40 get a bigger PSU eg Seasonic G550 - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_972&products_id=21502 $115 - to power the r9 280

thanks for that

The reason for the cpu cooler is that I am going to get an unlocked Broadwell chip when they come out, so might aswell invest the money now.
Also, I am going to upgrade to dual GTX960 when they are out
