Looking at buying a Lenovo all in one desktop touch screen B-40 model. This would be used for general home computing: email, web browsing, facebook and burning cd's and my wife wants to use Photodex (believe it might be Pro Gold slide show production). Does the following fit my bill or could I go with a Pentium processor and a graphics card without the 4600? Thanks for your help.
