I was playing a game before it happened. Its like suddenly my phone can't read my SD card. My pictures and songs are gone. But not my apps. I tried rebooting the phone a few times already but it still can't read my SD card. Weird thing is, usually phones will give an alert like telling there's a corrupted SD card in my phone, but this time it didn't give any warning and 'POOF!' there goes my stash! I also tried plugging it into my laptop but its also not working, my laptop can't read it. Then i tried putting it in into my brother's phone but its still not reading... So i took out my SD card and put back my brother's SD card back into his own phone. This time my brother's phone can't read his SD card. (눈_눈) His apps are not working but his pix and songs are still around. .. the hell is going on?!?! What happened?! Someone PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!! THAT SD CARD IS REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME!!! I have like 700+ songs and 6000 -7000+ pix in there!! I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MY BABIES!! (┯_┯) Someone please reply ASAP!!

First of all, give the connectors a good wipe with a microfibre cloth just in case. It's the type of cloth you get with glasses. Try after that and see if it works. Clean the connectors on the devices as well.
If that doesn't work your SD may be dead. I'm not entirely sure, but I think that data recovery places are able to do something with them to retrieve data if it's important to you.
