Laptop SSD in DESKTOP?

Hello

I have ordered parts for my new pc.

Just wondering if a laptop ssd will work in a desktop.

I thinking of getting this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sdssdhp256gg25

A SSD is a SSD. There is no difference between a laptop or desktop.

Any sata drives for laptops will work in a PC, a hard drive is a hard drive

The form factor for SSDs is 2.5 inches. Some put the SSD behind motherboards. I put mine in a 2.5 HDD tray. New computer cases usually have places for SSDs as well, old ones don't. You could probably tape it somewhere too. Doesn't really matter, theres no moving parts.
