My laptop: Acer aspire 5741G intel core i5 2,26ghz, 4gb memory, 500gb hdd, ATI mobile radeon HD 5470 up to 2235 mb hypermemory
Windows 8.
Takes 5 hours to open, saying all time not responding. I did all updates, defragment, scans, clean up. I used burintest software, it passed the test. Technical checked the HDD drive with doc, he fixed some problems.. Hard disk sentinel says 100% performance, 99% health. When i boot from Hard drive transfer speed is very low like 200kb/sec. When i boot linux from usb(it doesnt run very smoothly, free space is 200MB) i can move the files from Hard Drive very fast (15mb/sec).CPU usage is normal.
Temperature is:Radeon: 58C
Core 0: 56C
Core 2: 56C

Solution
There's software error induced by hardware failure. Your disk will meet it's doom within next hours/days/weeks, maybe months. It's failing and it's causing You Your performance trouble. Btw. hard disk sentinel is pretty weak failure detection program according to the fact, it failed to warn You about dying HDD.

I hope hard disk is the only problem. I say that becouse linux doesnt run smooth from usb without hard drive. when i use firefox every some sec get freez (not responding)

dpiralis - try to run Your linux with disabled hard drive from bios, or put it out. That's the bad habit of dying hdds, they affect whole system, and they don't need to be system hdds also. I've had two dying Seagates lately, and they were only raid1, with data on them. And whole system was doing this "buzzzzz" sound all the time and freezes, and one day, my Windows didn't boot up. It froze at Windows starting screen. When I disconnected the array, everything was normal.
