Which memory is best?

Solution
If I had to choose from these 3, I would pick the last one. (Ebuyer site)

However if you want to get best sticks for that price,

The ram timings and frequency make the difference.

Lower timings = Faster ram sticks
Higher MHz frequency = Higher timings

I would always suggest to get 1600-1866MHz ram sticks with CL7-8 timings. (CL7 sticks cost much more).
The sticks I linked are 1600MHz and CL8 which means they are good for that price. The first two you linked are 1866MHz CL10 which means they're not good at all.
Good luck. :)
