Upgrading My PC

Okay, so I don't know a lot about computers and I'm wanting to upgrade my PC to run games at a higher FPS (GW2, League etc.) and at the moment they run pretty bad and it's annoying (I've lowered graphical settings and stuff as well). I'm not sure if I can even upgrade my PC, I don't know if it's worth buying a new rig completely and so forth, help? If you need any more information, just ask - Thanks!

I hate so say it, but if you want to play at higher settings you need a better CPU and GPU. which means new CPU, GPU, mobo, and maybe PSU.

Is the rig you posted the setup you are intending to buy or the setup you have now?
What is your budget?

Subtract the OS, HDD, Monitor and case if you don't need them. You can spend a bit more on other parts.

these parts are compatible with your MB and will give you a nice upgrade.
