Okay, so I don't know a lot about computers and I'm wanting to upgrade my PC to run games at a higher FPS (GW2, League etc.) and at the moment they run pretty bad and it's annoying (I've lowered graphical settings and stuff as well). I'm not sure if I can even upgrade my PC, I don't know if it's worth buying a new rig completely and so forth, help? If you need any more information, just ask - Thanks!

Processor: AMD A4-4000 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.0 GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
Memory: 4.1 GB
Motherboard: Manufacturer - ASRock FM2A55-VG3

The graphic settings I'm not too bothered about, as long as it plays at a solid 60 FPS.
Sorry, but I really am stupid / uninformed when it comes to PCs, so are you suggesting buying a new rig completely?

This is the best I could do. Dont expect anything amazing with this. It isnt really worth it and this price.

Are these parts that can be installed to my PC? If I buy and install these, will I not have to buy anything else? Or do these parts rely on other parts.
