will the mobo support the gpu?
is a 650W PSU enough to run the toxic?

Depends on the make and model of the psu. Not all 650w psus are created equal.

@T2 that PSU will definitely do the job. Corsair is a well known brand and they use power supplies made by Seasonic. (Seasonic has the best PSU's on the market)

It will probably work for awhile but I wouldn't suggest using it as a long term solution. The VS is Corsair lowest quality power supply(uses cheap components).

Only a few of Corsairs power supplies are made by Seasonic(some of the TX, HX, and AX). The VS series is made by CWT(channel well).
