Hi guys! I just reinstalled Windows on a new SSD and I'm wondering what motherboard drivers I should be installing? I have a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev 1.1 and I have already installed the LAN driver and USB 3.0 driver. There is an audio driver available (although I do have audio anyways without it so not sure if I need it?). There is also
- AMD Chipset Driver (include chipset \ sata raid driver)
- Marvell 9172 AHCI/RAID driver
- AMD SATA AHCI Driver (Preinstall driver, press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy)
- AMD SATA RAID Driver (Preinstall driver, press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy)
- Marvell RAID Driver
- Marvell AHCI Driver
Should I be installing any of these? The AMD Chipset Driver says it includes the sata driver so why are there so many more available? How do I know which one(s) to choose?
Thank you for the help!
