Cooling-wise, both cases are around the same with a 200mm ans 140mm fan each. IO-wise, the Enthoo Pro would take it here as it has two more USB ports. Choose whatever looks the best to you.

You can use any of the 3.5'' drive bays to fit an SSD. It also has a dedicated 2.5'' slot for your SSD.
The pre-installed fans should do the job as they're of great quality.
