SDRAM sticks and a DIMM ram motherboard

I know very little about ram, so I apologize if this is a silly question, but I just found out that I had bought SDRAM sticks for my DIMM Ram motherboard. Will it be compatible or should I return my sticks?

Oh, sorry. It's the ASUS Maximus VII Hero. It has x4 DIMM duel channel slots.
