Please rate my gaming build

Solution
I would say 8.5/10 for performance and 8/10 for value.
1, Why get the 4670K when you can get the 4690K for WAY cheaper?
2, The motherboard is overpriced, I'd get a non-Black Edition board for 129.99$ after rebate
3, I'd get the G.SKILL Sniper 2x4 GB 1866 for around 57$
4, Black drives make you pay extra for an extra warranty and a ''longer'' lifespan
5, With 1400, a GTX 970 can comfortably fit in there
6, The case isn't from a well-known company
7, The PSU uses bad caps, I'd get a quality Antec, EVGA, Seasonic or XFX unit
8, Windows 8.1 can be gotten for around the same price

I personally think that this motherboard is a bit "overkill" for the rest of the build. You could go with something a bit less expansive and put the extra on the PSU for example.

I have seen a lot of people having trouble with their Corsair gear (not with hardware) in the past, including myself. I currently have two of their items in RMA, and am waiting for a replacement for the Corsair Vengeance M65 2013 and the Corsair Vengeance K95 2013. Both units have failed in many different ways, from burning LEDs to shaking sensor and after a bit of research it looks like it is a common problem with these devices. I bought both of them 3 months ago.

Thank you for your opinion. I don't mind the motherboard being overkill, it should help me future proof my build a bit by keeping me from having to update down the road. In your opinion, what should I change my keyboard and mouse to?

Thank you for your opinion. I think I will change the PSU, the reviews on the one you showed are around 20% higher.

Thank you for your opinion.
1. I looked at the two cpu's and saw that the 4690k is better and less expensive so I will be changing that.
2. I chose the black edition because it is supposed to have a longer lifespan then the non black edition.
3. I chose the RAM I did because at the time they were a lot cheaper then they are now, is the difference between these two RAM's the price?
4. From everything I've read the blacks perform slightly better and are more reliable
5. I don't want to spend much more then $1200, I am hoping to buy everything on cyber monday and save a couple hundred. Would you say my Graphics card is good though?
6. The case has good reviews and I really like the look of it.
7. Another comment recommended the SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply and I think I will go with that one instead.
8. I don't like windows 8 and I can get home premium for free.

One question I have is about this case and motherboard with the usb headers, I could not determine if both were 2.0, 3.0, or if they were both different. If you can find that out I would greatly appreciate that.

Black edition boards simply get tested for a week before getting shipped to e-tailers.
About your RAM, the one in your build is around 80$. The one I suggested yesterday changed prices, so I'd recommend this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $59.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The GPU isn't bad, but a 290 can be gotten for a bit more:

Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 290 4GB TurboDuo Video Card ($229.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $229.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The seasonic unit is pretty good, but this PSU would be better for the money as it's an 80+ Gold certified unit and it's a Tier 2A PSU:

Power Supply: Antec TruePower Classic 750W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $59.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Okay I think I will go with the non black edition then, I need to cut costs a bit anyway and if that's the only difference it isn't worth it. That RAM was actually one of my alternatives and the price just went way down from when I looked at it from at 12:30 this morning. That video card is sadly sold out. And the reviews on Newegg of that PSU are not great, but the ratings on this site of it are really good, I will be switching to that PSU, especially because of that $30 rebate.

Oh, sorry, I didn't realise that:)
The differences are that the ones I recommend are better. With the money saved from going for a UD5H, the 4690K and the Sniper RAM, I'd get this (and that's not sold out as of the moment I'm posting this):
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($269.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $269.99

I understand that your suggestions are better, but for what reasons, just telling me to chose one or the other doesn't help me. The entire build was supposed to be around 12-13 hundred, so the money I am saving by switching those parts I don't necessarily want to spend.
