Which is better? MSI Z97 PC Mate S1150 or Gigabyte Z97P-D3?

Hey guys, soon I will be upgrading my PC and I've chosen everything apart from a motherboard. I'm stuck between 2 which are very similar and features and in price. Which one would be better?

MSI Z97 PC Mate S1150: http://www.dabs.com/products/msi-z97-pc-mate-s1150-intel-z97-ddr3-atx-9G5K.html?refs=492970000-42180000&src=3

OR

Gigabyte Z97P-D3: http://www.dabs.com/products/gigabyte-z97p-d3-s1150-intel-z97-4xddr3-4xusb3-0-10xusb2-0-gbe-atx-9FWX.html?refs=492970000-42180000&src=3

In the system I will be running an i5-4440, GTX 650 Ti BOOST, Crucial (2 x 4GB) Ballistix Sport XT (1600mhz) in a CoolerMaster CM Force 500 case.

I won't be overclocking by the way, I simply chose the cheapest 97 boards to be compatible with Broadwell and well, and they both happened to be Z97.

Which one is better and why? Thanks in advance!

I didn't really want to think about a different mobo - this one costs £30 and all it really has is SLI support which I'm not going to use. I was asking more specifically about the motherboards I mentioned. I looked more on the specs, and the the only things that are different are that the MSI one supports RAID (which I won't use). Apart from that, the only things are really the brand, the software and some brand specific hardware features - is that a massive difference? Which one is more reputable, or maybe which features are more beneficial?

If you won't go SLI,you really don't need that board.I would go MSI Z97 PC MATE,more power phase than Gigabyte Z97P-D3.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£63.42 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £63.42
