Accidentally deleting some Windows Files

Hi

Last night while clearing out some room on my pc, i noticed that about 20gb or about 1/4 of my whole ssd was used in some windows temporary files. SO, being temp files, i thought that it would be ok to delete. Now on some of the programs that im trying to install i get errors saying that the program is corrupt.
Would there be a link between the two events???

Could just be installers

You could try previous versions and see if you can find it.

I did that and it turned out that no files where missing. Maybe it is the installer. It only happens with hamachi?
