I recently installed a 2nd HD7770. Everything is working wonderful, except every video outside of Youtube and some on Youtube.com are covered with many green vertical bars. Changing the resolution only makes the bars thicker or thinner. I've looked into disabling Hardware Acceleration but that's not an option for these videos. It happens in Chrome and Internet Explorer. It's even showing these bars in the background of the Battlefield 4 Battlelog website.

Wouldn't that cause problems all the time though? It's ONLY happening for some videos in chrome and the battlefield site. Games, movies, etc all work and look perfect.

Update: It turns out the green bars on the Battlefield site are still there after removing the 2nd card. BUT it's only happening in IE. Chrome showing fine. (I use IE when playing battlefield because the plugin just WILL NOT work in Chrome). All of the other issues stopped once I pulled it out, though. (Same green bars in videos, WoW crashing, etc)
