Hello fellow PC geeks! I have a hard time choosing a motherboard for my new gaming setup: i5 4690k, Gigabyte GTX970 G1(might SLI in the future). I do plan to overclock but not extreme overclock.
The motherboards are:

The thing is that they have the exact same price in my country and I just can't chose which one to get. Help would be greatly appreciated!
