What is a really good fan for a custom water cooling loop?

So I'm planning on putting a custom water cool loop on my computer but I don't know what I should do about the fans, should I get these Noctua fans or some Corsair fans (I don't know any models in specific, but you can suggest :) )
I'm using a 900D Corsair case so if the fans that come with the case are really good, what would be nice.
Looking for mainly efficiency, capability, and little noise.

I'd like to know very soon because the Noctua fans are half off on Amazon! :)
Thanks, so Notcua is the way to go?

900D uses a Hong Chen fan that is close to the AF series of fans made by Corsair. They are good but do not have the airflow of the SP series and this is why many people switch them out.

And there is a difference with fans it all depends on the CFM at RMP being pushed. This is down to the fan blade angle. Any fan cheap or expensive will be good, but most of the time you will not find cheap fans pushing over 87CFM and that is a Rosewill RFX-120BL, but the average for a cheap fan is 62CFM. You can opt for a 107.5CFM Masscool, but it is not a variable fan and spins at 2700rpm. You can start to see decent viable cooling starting around the $13 range with the Aerocool DX 140 with a viable 71.2--93.4CFM.

Most of the time the higher priced fans are due to style, engineering and maker. This will deal with bearing setup, fan blade inclination, fan size and the RPM the fan can rotate at. So there area allot of factors that make a fan cost more, this includes the life of the fans. You can't just judge a fan is good because it is cheap or expensive. IN most bench tests for fans they are completed in short amount of time as fans are used for years, and many cheap fans do die a bit faster then the more pricey brethren.

Now for anyone that says cheap cools as good as expensive then I implore you to look at Delta and Lamptron as examples and tell me if anything sub $18.00 can beat them, because if they can I want to find out about it.
