My friend recently bought a pre-built gaming PC and decided to give me the crappy PC he had before that he used for low end gaming.

Here are the specs of the PC (Specs collected with CPU-Z)

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 220
RAM: DDR2, 4GB (2 slots, both filled, max ram entirely is 4gb I believe)
GRAPHICS: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Memory 256 MBs)
OS: Windows 8.1 x86 (32-bit)

In the control panel, it says only 2.75GBs is usable, out of 4GBs.

I would like to see how much of an upgrade I can get out of $100.
I definitely a GPU, and possible a better processor. I believe my RAM is fine, I think if I get a x64 OS I can use all of the RAM.

Games I'm trying to get up to with this machine: (Settings don't matter at all.)

-Battlefield 3
-Counter Strike: Global Offensive
-Team Fortress 2

Battlefield 3 is a BIG difference in requirements compared to CSGO and TF2.

Thanks in advance for all the help I can get!

Solution
you could buy a 100$ gpu and then play tf2 and cs go. but i wouldnt recommend it. every penny spend on this machine is wasted imo.

my advice: save some money until you can buy a decent rig. in the meantime, play counterstrike 1.6, the game for real men and not pussys like cs go :)

Are you sure about that? I would think if I can swap out processors, find a GPU, and install a 64 bit of Windows 8.1, I would be able to play atleast 2 of those. I'm not too tech savy, but I'm pretty sure you can switch out processors. Sorry if I'm wrong.

I'll even go over 100 bucks if I'm able to get this thing playing.
