Fans running extremely loud.

I built a new pc and i got the corsair H60 problem is it is running extremely loud, even when idle. I tried speedfan but it didnt show my fans at all. Any advice would be much appreciated :)

Read the instructions.

From memory, the pump should run at a constant 2200rpm by having 12V permanetly connected to it - from a PSU Molex connector.

The radiator fans however should be connected to the mobo. 4 pin (pwm) fans to the cpu fan header on the mobo or 3 pin fans to a case fan header.
