Good motherboard suggestions?

Hello, im looking for a new motherboard that will be compatible with all my pc parts.
I have dual 780's in sli
getting a 4790k cpu (current is a i7 2600k)
2, 1 tb harddrives
16gb of gskill ddr3 ram (F3-10666
cl7D-8GBRH) pc3-10666
1000 watt powersupply
all in an nzxt phantom 410
i have an asus maximus V formula which wont support the cpu so i need a new one.

Those are solid boards for the price. It's just comes down to how much you're willing to spend and/or how much stuff you need.
