Just do a web search, you will find plenty of replacements. Type of fan it has would depend on the model of card you have.

Why replace the fan? A fan would be $10-15 plus shipping. You can buy a brand new Geforce 8400 for $24-$35. Google it.

You won't get anything for a used 8400GS. No one would buy that card when they can buy a brand new one for less than $20.

+1 ^ there, waste of money fixing the card since what you can sell it for won't be much more than what the fan/heatsink would cost. If the card is working, sell it as is for about $10.
