I've build my own pc.
My i7 4790k seems to run hot on the corsair hydro h60
idle temps 40 - 42 °c
on prime95 instant 100°c
playing farcry 4 it can easy reach 70°c

i've taken some pictures from my bios.
i tought it could be the voltages.
but im a noob at voltages, and i don't want to try something on my own when i'm not sure what i'm doing.
thx in advance, you can ask me for more information.

Solution
Then your cooler is not working properly. Vcore is OK (1.120V)

Re-seat your cooler (Google it).

Check that pump speed is right (2200 rpm) and fan speed (1000 rpm)

Double check its wired up right - pump to 12V, fans to mobo cpu header.
