i have been trying to add a new picture to some of our cisco phones i have the dimensions and the colors correct and i think i can see the problem but not sure why its happening. maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
when i enter

only the old graphics show in the running config, not the new ones.
i have tried rebooting the router. how to i get the new files to "register" in the running config in the tftp server so the phones can access them?
